In this exhibition, hosted at the Casa de la Primera Imprenta until January 25, 2025, Tercerunquinto presents a typographic repertoire born from the documentation of slogans painted on buildings in the Historic Center of Mexico City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Tercerunquinto invites us to reflect: What holds more significance, a 17th-century building or a complaint voiced out of anger and a thirst for justice? What are the voices and grievances that leave their mark on walls, eventually blending into the gaze of passersby? What is our responsibility, as civic entities, toward these demands? And how do artistic practices contribute to preserving them?
