Zilla Leutenegger: Bündner Kunstmuseum, Chur, Switzerland
Zilla Leutenegger has made the most of the her exhibition at the Bündner Kunstmuseum in Chur, she took time for a conversation. Many works are installed, projections cast shadows on the walls. The paintings, that still have to be hung like paintings, but are monotypes. The artist applies colors and lines to foil from which they are printed on paper with a weight of 16 tons onto paper. "I am a drawer," says Zilla Leutenegger and pauses, as if that explains everything.
